Privacy
Relay is a pre-commercial R&D project by Securim Inc. It is deliberately minimal about the data it holds.
What we collect
- Your email address, only if you sign in to the supplier portal. We use it solely to send you a single-use sign-in link and to recognize your account.
- A session cookie after you sign in, so you stay signed in. It holds a random token, not your identity.
We do not use analytics or trackers, and we do not sell or share your data.
Where it is stored
This is a demonstration environment. For the demo, data is stored on third-party infrastructure outside Canada (Vercel + Neon) and may be wiped at any time. The production service runs on Canadian infrastructure (AWS ca-central-1). Please use a test email address here, not anyone else’s personal data.
Removing your data
Contact Securim Inc. to have your account and email address deleted, and we will remove them.
What a Relay credential claims
A Relay credential attests only that a company appears in public Government of Canada procurement records as of a stated date. It is not a Government of Canada endorsement. See What we claim.
